Support – Receive structured and regular support from PH clinical team members. Regular biometric screening, physical/mental health assessments, and accountability checkpoints are included.

Boost – Receive a tailored prescription and supplement regimen to optimize the biological factors most important to weight loss.

Weight Loss Medication

As part of our medical weight loss program, Pivotal Health providers can prescribe weight loss medication including Wegovy (semaglutide), Ozempic (semaglutide), and Mounjaro (tirzepatide) if appropriate. Our providers can also assist patients with their in-home injections if needed. A clinician will prescribe the optimal medication and dosage to help you meet your weight loss goals.

What is Semaglutide and how does it work for weight loss?

Semaglutide is an injectable medication that helps control blood sugar and assists in weight loss. A key hormone called GLP-1 slows down how fast your stomach empties, leaving you feeling full longer. It also helps the pancreas release insulin and blocks a hormone that causes the liver to release sugar. Together, these functions help you feel less hungry, causing you to eat less and lose more weight.
